Fees

Fees for therapy sessions vary from $85 to $350 per session. This is dependent upon the the experience of your therapist and the level of their qualification.

We require a small deposit on booking your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time we will fully refund the deposit. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time the deposit you paid becomes your cancellation fee.

Matrix Program information sessions require a booking fee payable on booking.

Full Payments for the sessions are to be made on the day of consultation and we prefer EFTPOS or Credit Card.

Medicare

If you would like to receive a Medicare rebate you will need a current Mental Health Care Plan and Referral from your GP. Please note: Provisional Psychologists are not eligible to provide Medicare Rebates.

Private health insurance

If you have Private health insurance please check with your provider for the level of cover within your health insurance policy. Please note: Private health insurances will not provide rebates for Provisional Psychologists.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

Fees for Psychology consultations may be covered by DVA with a GP referral.

EAP appointments are billed to your employer where we have an agreement with the organisation you work for.
